Cheesy Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke quarters in water, drained

directions

  • Melt the butter and sautee the onions and artichoke hearts.
  • Add half of the cheese and cream cheese stir until melted inches.
  • Add remainder of cheese and cream cheese.
  • Once it is all melted It can either be put in a bowl to serve or a sourdough loaf can be hollowed out to serve it in the bread bowl. If it goes in a bread bowl I will bake it for 10 minutes just to crisp the top a little and the pieces of bread that came out. Past that it is just saving some until others can help me finish it.
