Cheesy Apple Delight

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 44.37 ml cream cheese
• 29.58 ml caramel topping
• 78.78 ml water
• 2 apples, cored
• cinnamon

directions

1. Mix cream cheese and caramel topping together and fill cored apples with mixture.
2. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
3. Place apples in baking dish and pour water in bottom of pan.
4. Do not cover.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or desired firmness.

This is very simple and easy to do. I added more caramel to mine. Maybe cinnamon added to the mix would be good. Thanks CoffeeB :) Made for Holiday tag
