- 3 cups cooked spaghetti squash
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄2 cup Ragú® Pasta Sauce (parmesan pasta sauce with roasted garlic)
- 1⁄2 cup grated onion
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Remove the spaghetti squash from the skin with a fork and place in a bowl. Cut the spaghetti squash strands in half using a scissor so it is small strands.
- In another small bowl add the sour cream, eggs, heavy cream, Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce , onion, salt and pepper, bread crumbs, mozzerella cheese, and the feta cheese. Combine the sour cream mixture with the spaghetti squash. Mix well. Place in the baking pan and top with goat cheese. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden.
