  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix butter, brown sugar, flour, and walnuts by hand. Set aside 1 cup sugar-nut mixture to be used as topping.
  3. Press into 10x13 inch cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until brown.
  4. Beat sugar, cream cheese, eggs, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until well blended.
  5. Spread on crust.
  6. Sprinkle nut mixture reserved from crust mixture, on top.
  7. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  8. Cool and chill. Cut into squares when cool.
