Yum! How could one not like a smoothie that qualifies as dessert in a glass?! I made 1 chg in the recipe, but not out of any intent to do so. My DH shopped for my RSC supplies & knew I favored coffee-flavored yoghurt, so that's what I got & used. Its use certainly did not seem to diminish how good this was. In fact, it may have enhanced it for me. I used my hand-held blender, so it was made in a flash & clean-up done even faster. The possibilities are endless simply by varying the flavor of preserves & yoghurt or by opting to use fresh berries in season w/sugar added. Thx for sharing your easy-fix recipe w/us & good luck in the contest! Made for RSC #15 & It could be you! *Edited to Add* I forgot to say that I also did not use ice cubes.

This was good, but I did find that the ice watered down the flavour a little for me and it was thicker than I liked - I made it again with some vanilla almond milk added it and no ice cubes and I liked it a lot better! As well, instead of a graham cracker, I used some graham cracker crumbs. Thanks!

This tasted a great and cake together quite well. Next time I won't use ice because I felt it ened up watrering down the smoothie, I"ll just freeze my bananas first. I really loved the graham cracker in it!
