Sweet and tart and low calorie! An easy pantry dessert !
- 8 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ounce sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (small package)
- Whip all ingredients together and chill.
This is a wonderful pudding! My three teen-agers (now grown), who couldn't stand the thought of breakfast when they first got up, managed to eat this with some canned fruit. Goes down easily and is nutritious. I used vanilla yogurt, omitted the vanilla extract, and used an immersion blender to mix it all up. Thanks for posting.
