  1. Great treat! I follower the directons exactly and used my favorite honey - "Cucuzza Blosom Honey". I enjoyed this and will probably make it again.

  2. Such a delicious simple treat! I agree that fresh fruit would be great in this too. This made a great afternoon snack, thanks :) Made this for Spring PAC 2009.

  3. Silky smooth, thick and rich. So easy for a guilt free treat! A nice way to start your day. Fresh blueberries would be fabulous on this. So many possibilities! Thanks sis! ;)

  4. Very nice breakfast!! I bought Astro, my favourite brand of yogurt, natural and no artificial thickeners eg. gelatin. I often use the vanilla flavour on fresh strawberries, it is just like whipped cream! Back to the Cheesecake for Breakfast --a simple delicious treat; loved the contrast of tangy yogurt and sweet honey! I am going to try this mixture on buttered toast, it will be yummy!!

I started cooking and baking at a young age. Everything I made never turned out. I always added way to much of every ingredient. I received the Joy of Cooking from my Sis, who happens to have a gazillion receipes posted on this site. I then became an average cook who can now whip up something as simple as pancakes from scratch without looking in a book. I'm always looking for new recipes and something different to make. The only days I am able to cook are my days off. That leaves me with Sundays. I love to prepare breakfast and dinner.-(everyone is on their own for lunch)<img src=http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg>
