My husband and eldest daughter really enjoyed this recipe. I am horrible at making meatloaf and this turned out great! I liked the texture, the flavor and the way it cut. I used 1 lb of pork and 1 lb of beef; skipping the veal. I free formed it in a pan instead of cooking in a loaf pan and cooked it for an hour with the last 20 minutes on speed bake.

Miserable failure.. Followed instructions to a "t" (as I always do with a new recipe)..couldn't even give it to the dog because of the onions in it!

This was one of the worst dinners I have ever had. The meat tasted OLD. Lovely presentation and vegetables and service were grand, I would never recommend this meat loaf to anyon e

This is delicious! We all loved it. We did half beef, half pork, no veal. We put on broil for last 10 minutes to crisp the top. We used all the rest of ingredients as directed. We served with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes and peas. Will never make any oyher meatloaf recipe but this one. It was extremely moist and flavorful.

My whole family loved this meat loaf. I used a whole lb of ground pork and no veal. I also added in some finely shredded carrots to sneak in a little more nutrition. Instead of baking in a loaf pan I just free formed the mixture into a loaf and baked in a pan. Leftovers were great also! Thanks!
