I've taken this to Bunko games, Super Bowl parties, and office potlucks. Especially love dipping strawberries in this!
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons low-fat milk
- 2 cups thawed whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Beat creamcheese, sugar and milk until well blended and smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and vanilla.
- Serve with assorted fruits, cookies, or cake cubes.
I followed this recipe to the letter and it tasted just like Cool Whip, not like cheesecake. Since I do not have much of a sweet tooth, maybe I am not the right person to rate this recipe. I took it to Thanksgiving dinner and it didn't fly off the table there either. Probably because there were so many other choices!

Hi Virginia. This was great with assorted fruit! I needed to make something quick to take to a friend's house and this was just the ticket. Everyone gobbled it up. The next time I make it, I will use a combination platter of fruit, cookies and cake cubes. It will make a pretty presentation. Thanks for sharing. :-)
