  1. Here's a great way to get your cheesecake fix without having to bake an entire cheesecake! These cheesecakes bites are pretty, easy to make, good tasting, and everyone at my parties seems to love them! Any leftovers should be kept refrigerated. Thanks for posting!

  2. I was looking for something easy to make, and stumbled upon these! They are soooo tasty and easy to make! I totally recommend these for quick and easy deserts!

  3. I loved the crust. I loved the addition of the pecans in the crust. I made these for a party so I doubled the recipe and I put different topping on them, like for a bunch I drizzled chocolate sauce, some caramel sauce, some I put a cherry from cherry pie filling, and some I put a fresh strawberry slice on top. The only think is I wish they would have been a little thicker, but that may have been my doing; not sure. All in all they are a hit.

  4. Oh my!!! These are awesome! I needed a cheesecake recipe to put together very quickly together for a birthday party. I selected this and I am so glad I did so! This came out very nice. Everything is perfect in the recipe{regarding baking temperature and time to bake}. I did not have pecans on hand{hard to get them in Oman}, so I used about 1/4 cup of chopped cashewnuts as a substitute. I also ran out of vanilla essence, so I used orange essence as a substitute. I am so excited with the result because these turned out awesome and I can't wait to take these to the party in an hour! I'm sure they'll be gone in sixty seconds...so the clever me has kept four big bites at home for my family to enjoy tomorrow;) This is very good and brought back very pleasant memories of my dad, brother and myself eating cheesecakes in Orlando, FL from Sam's Club. Thanks a million for a very good recipe! This is a time saver and a real good keeper!
