  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add cake mix and beaten egg to melted margarine. Spread mixture into bottom of a greased-and-floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • In a seperate bowl, mix together powdered sugar, eggs, softened cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture over bottom layer.
  • Bake 30 - 35 minutes.

  1. If you like sweet desserts, this one is for you. I had to dip my knife in water to cut into bars or else it would have torn apart the bars. I like the fact you probably have all the ingredients in your pantry or fridge which makes it easy. Made for Fall PAC 2011.
