    Ingredients:

    Bottom Layer

    • 1 yellow cake mix
    • 118.29 ml margarine, melted and cooled
    • 1 egg, beaten

    Top Layer

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. 2
      Add cake mix and beaten egg to melted margarine. Spread mixture into bottom of a greased-and-floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    3. 3
      In a seperate bowl, mix together powdered sugar, eggs, softened cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture over bottom layer.

      Bake 30 - 35 minutes.

      If you like sweet desserts, this one is for you. I had to dip my knife in water to cut into bars or else it would have torn apart the bars. I like the fact you probably have all the ingredients in your pantry or fridge which makes it easy. Made for Fall PAC 2011.

      We enjoyed these bars. I used Homemade Yellow Cake Mix (Subtitute 18.25oz Betty Crocker Box) for the cake mix. Simple and tasty. Thanks for sharing. Made for Spring PAC 2014.
