I was looking in my cookbook for something fast and easy, and I decided to try this recipe. Man am I glad I did. Reminds me alot of Hamburger Helper, but much healthier. I did add shredded cheese to my finished product. This was the fasted, easiest recipe I have tried. Even my 14 month old son ate a bunch of it. Thank you so much for sharing this easy and tasty recipe. I'm sure it will be used again several times in the future.
Followed the recipe except I cooked the noodles separate and used less water. I also added salt and pepper. The next time I make this I'm going to try seasoning the beef with some onion powder or garlic powder.
I had the same problem as mentioned in Ronamay's review...the pasta never seemed to get quite cooked. I kept tasting it and it was still hard. I would say that I cooked it for about 20 minutes but the pasta was still too hard and yet pasty. I am sorry, but I would not make this again.
