- 1⁄4 lb ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
- 1 (11 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk (1 soup can )
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- In small skillet or saucepan, cook beef, onion, and green pepper till meat is lightly browned.
- Blend in remaining ingredients; simmer about 5 minutes.
This is a perfect quick lunch. Very tasty and so easy.
