This recipe comes from my friend Amy. She always makes this for birthday parties in our office and it's so simple, yet absolutely delicious! Even if you don't like pineapple.....the combination with the bell pepper and onions just makes this perfect. Great with Sociables or Wheat Thins! ;-)

  1. Squish everything together and form into a ball.
