These look very colourful on an appetizer tray at Christmas
- 1 (250 g) package cheddar cheese
- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon port wine
- 1 teaspoon grated pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Combine all ingredients.
- Chill 2-3 hours to blend flavours.
- Shape, working quickly, into one inch balls.
- Roll 1/3 in chopped parsley, and 1/3 in paprika, keeping 1/3 plain.
- Arrange on a tray and serve with crackers.
