I made these for a special occasion and they were wonderful. They are extremely easy to make and really have a fabulous taste. I'd pass this recipe on to anyone who loves mushrooms.

I made these for a family get together and they were a hit!! This specific cheese has such a wonderful flavor and they are so easy to put together. This will be a new dinner party staple! Thank you for such a great recipe!

Made these for a Christmas Party a couple of weeks ago and everyone thought they were great. My friend was so surprised when I told her Alouette was the main ingredient. I only had enough filling to fill 3 cartons of fresh,large mushrooms-so you may want to make a bit extra. So Easy & So Yummy!!

Yummy! These were so simple and easy (no sautee'ing up the stems, etc.) Didn't have Alouette, so we just used cream cheese and we still loved them! Will be my go to stuffed mushroom recipe!

Great recipe! I used Evelyn's Boursin Cheese (Homemade) Boursin Cheese (Homemade) for the cheese and it worked great. I made this for a ladies Christmas party and there were none leftover!

Wonderful and very easy which makes this appetizer ideal! I used Boursin Cheese #65204 and for a 40 oz carton of large mushrooms, ended up making a little more cheese mixture. Prepared then refrigerated until baking with great results. Everyone loved them! Thanks, Chris, for another great recipe!
