  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Halve or quater the peppers lengthwise,depending on their size.
  3. Remove seeds and ribs and brush skins lightly with olive oil.
  4. Arrange,hollow sides up on crumpled foil (so they stay in place) in a roasting pan.
  5. In a medium bowl blend cheese with sour cream,egg yolk and seasonings-spoon it into pepper cavities.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly puffed and brown.
