This is really really good. I used sharp cheddar, finely shredded so it would blend more easily. Instead of garlic salt, I used about 7/8 tsp garlic powder and 1/8 tsp salt. Was difficult leaving it for a week without tasting it but I made it LOL Thanks for sharing!
