Great for use over vegetables.
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup canned milk
- 3 slices American cheese
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1 dash pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally until well combined and done, about 5 to 8 minutes.
