This is simple and uses ingredients that you probably already have in your cupboard. Tastes great over broccoli.

  1. Melt butter over low heat
  2. Add flour and mix to a paste.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Add boullion.
  5. Continue stirring over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add in milk and cheese; Stir well.
  8. Serve hot over your favorite vegetables.
