  1. As easy as it was good. I used onion salt instead of plain salt, which was a good addition. Also, I let it set up for about 10 minutes after I took it out of the oven.

  2. I made this for breakfast this morning. So easy and real delicious. I liked the subtle flavor of the green chiles. Of course, it was very cheesy, which is never a bad thing. Thank you for a great breakfast idea.

  3. Tastes like a combination of a strata and a quiche. Just delicious. Thanks.

Tweaks

  1. My whole family loves this. I added green and red peppers and onions instead of chilis and olives. Just because thats what I had around. I'm also wondering what it might be like if I put in some tiny chunks of pre-cooked potatos

  2. This was my first crustless quiche, so I'm going to credit the fact that a crustless quiche is not my 'cup of tea'. Although the flavor was nice, the texture did not do it for me. I substituted onions for the ripe olives as a personal preference. I'm sorry, but I won't be making this again.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
