      We loved these!, the only change I made was I used cheddar cheese and a red bell pepper, I served these as a side to grilled steak and wow what a great dinner, thanks for much Dreamer!

      I scaled this back for 1 and made as written. Totally yummy snack. I'm glad I just made one..it's one of those things that you keep eating until you burst. :) Thanks for sharing.

      We loved these! Great idea! I used orange bell pepper instead of the green and I also omitted the hot peppers,however it was a perfect lunch! Made for Veg 'n Swap tag.

      I scaled this down for 1 person, using 1 tortilla and folding it over. I used a mix of Monterey Jack and cheddar. Yummy! Thanks! Made for the Vegetarian Swap.
