Another version of cheesy potatoes without a lot of work. Hope you enjoy it!
- 1 pint half-and-half cream
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 lbs ore ida hash browns, thawed
- Heat half & half, Velveeta, and butter over low hear until melted.
- Put potatoes in 9x13 pan.
- Pour cheese mixture over potatoes; gently stir.
- Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
