Cheese Potato Puff

"This recipe is an adaptation of a recipe found on "Granny's Recipe web-site. The height of comfort food!"

• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 12 potatoes, made into mashed potatoes
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 1 cup milk
• 2 beaten eggs

directions

1. Cook potatoes and mash.
2. In a saucepan cook and stir butter, cheese, milk and salt until smooth.
3. Stir into potatoes.
4. Fold into eggs.
5. Pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish.
6. Bake uncovered@ 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
