  • Beat eggs, add milk, flour, salt and butter. Spoon 1/2 mix in muffin tin, add cheese to each cup then spoon the rest of the mixture over the cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 50 minutes.

  1. It took me a couple of tries, but these were well worth it! First, be sure to grease your pan REALLY well. I just used a quick spray of cooking spray the first time I made these and they came out cemented to the pan. Secondly, watch the cook time. On both of my tries, it only took about 35 minutes before they were well browned and done. In the end, we enjoyed some very tasty popovers that the whole family liked.
