I really enjoyed eating and baking them.But one day it was diffrent it was chirstmas eve and we didn't have any potato starch,but my daughter did NOT give up so we used gluten free waffle and piklet mix because my daughters gluten free.
These were great--I reviewed these before, but no words showed up. They were light, crispy, and tasty--but a word of caution--do NOT use pre-shredded cheese, since the anti-caking agents keep the cheese from incorporating into the dough. It ends up kind of weird if you use that stuff. Take the time to shred your own cheese--you won't be disappointed! Thanks for a yummy alternative!
