Mom always makes these, they are kind of like the ones at Red Lobster except muffins instead of biscuits. I add garlic powder or granulated garlic.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut butter into Bisquick and then add the sour cream and cheese. Stir to combine and then divide into greased muffin pan.
  3. Bake 12-15 minutes.

This WAS easy to make, but didn't have the consistency I was looking for. The dough was pretty dry before I put it in the oven (maybe it needed milk?) and the flavor was bland.

Quick and tasty muffins!! I wouldn't say that they just like Red Lobsters, missing the garlic, but very similar otherwise. I made 1/2 of the recipe and cut the butter to about 2 1/2 tablespoons instead of four. Will definitely make these moist and flavorful muffins again. Made for Spring PAC 2010.
