Another recipe from my Aunt Ely. This one I have made and it is delicious.


  1. Pat out Velveeta cheese between wax paper.
  2. Roll Velveeta into a rectangle, not too thin, about the length of the platter you will serve it on.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese that has been combined with diced chiles over Velveeta.
  4. Roll up into a log.
  5. Chill.
  6. Serve with Ritz or other type crackers.
