I love my abm, but sometimes you want something you can just throw together on the spur of the moment. This definitely fits the bill. I made it in muffin tins to eat with country-style steak. Very nice for sopping up gravy. Made for PAC Fall 2009.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. combine flour, baking powder, salt and cheese in a large bowl.
  2. stir thoroughly.
  3. add milk and melted butter.
  4. ]stir to form soft dough.
  5. put in greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  6. bake at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes.
  7. remove from pan to cool.
