Tasty and simple.
- 5 -6 flour tortillas, slightly heated
- cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) jar enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Roll up sliced cheese in flour tortillas and place in casserole dish sprayed with pam.
- Cover with enchilada sauce and shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until all cheese is melted.
they were ok,but we prefer corn tortilla with enchiladas,the flour ones got a little soggy on me.
