Warm & cheesy. These are a great appetizer. Serve warm. Not good as left-overs so it's a good thing to make for company so they all get eaten. May also store "dough" in fridge and bake up as many as desired at a time.


  1. Combine all ingredients using hands.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place on baking sheet about 1-inch apart.
  4. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.

These are very good when served warm, as you recommended. Just for fun, we ate them as is and we also ate them topped with a little bit of salsa. Easy and quick appetizer. Made for Spring 2012 Pick A Chef.
