No need to add extra butter or margarine to the dough recipe, the fat content comes from the cheese. I have used fat reduced cheese, and it turned out fine. For best flavour use sharp or medium Cheddar cheese. Enjoy! (I didn't add a cook time, because all bread machines differ).
- 295.73 ml water
- 768.91 ml flour (all purpose)
- 295.73 ml shredded cheese
- 29.58 ml dried chives
- 29.58 ml sugar
- 3.69 ml salt
- 7.39 ml bread machine yeast
- Place in order given in bread machine.
- Follow manufactures directions to complete.
This bread was very good! It had great taste and texture. Would be the prefect compliment to any soup!
These were just excellent. Just the right flavor combination. I made in my ABM on the dough cycle, then punched it down, and made dinner rolls which made about 15 good sized rolls, covered and let rise again for about 30-40 minutes. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes and they tasted great. Thanks.
Great tasting bread!! I also did the dough cycle,baked @350,took it out of pan,put back in oven for 5 min.or so and it tasted great.Thanks Linda.
