I invented this yummy apetizer while i was trying to create a soufle. It has a taste that is so addicting you will be eating it by the hundreds!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 30 crackers (Saltines, triskits ritz, etc.)
  • 12 lb cheese (mozzerella, Cheddar American provolone etc.)


  1. In a hot frying pan drop about 4 crackers with about a tablespoon of cheese on top.
  2. Let sit until chees starts to melt.
  3. Put on any toppings you want on top of the melted cheese.
  4. Put second cracker on top and serve.
