I invented this yummy apetizer while i was trying to create a soufle. It has a taste that is so addicting you will be eating it by the hundreds!
- 30 crackers (Saltines, triskits ritz, etc.)
- 1⁄2 lb cheese (mozzerella, Cheddar American provolone etc.)
- In a hot frying pan drop about 4 crackers with about a tablespoon of cheese on top.
- Let sit until chees starts to melt.
- Put on any toppings you want on top of the melted cheese.
- Put second cracker on top and serve.
