I toasted the pine nuts in advance. The recipe was quite quick and easy to put together! I halved the recipe, and after chopping the garlic & basil in my tiny electric chopper, all the sauce ingredients fit into it too, for blending. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn't enjoy the flavor... it was just okay. The recipe makes a true 6 servings. After cutting it in half and eating a serving, I do have enough left over for 2 more lunches. But i didn't like the taste enough to cook another batch after i eat this batch. P.S. I just realized i forgot to add the sherry wine vinegar... perhaps that would've changed things. I'll add some to the leftovers tomorrow as a test. Sorry.
