Great cheese ball! I made this for an Appetizer for New Years Day. I served it with Triscuit crackers and it was delicious. We have lots left so will snack on it this week.

Excellent! I had never made a cheese ball before, but I will now that I've tried this recipe. Mixed this up one evening and then got busy, so it sat, unrolled, in a bowl in the fridge for a day or two before I got a chance to finish it. Having tasted it immediately after mixing and again a few days later, I would recommend giving it that extra time for the flavour to develop (that is, if you can wait!). You could probably roll them immediately and let them age after that so they're ready to go when you are. Took one to a party and it was a hit! FWIW, I got 4 good sized balls of varying sizes from this recipe, it made about 3lbs all together.

This is simply a great recipe. I've served it at 2 parties this year. All compliments!

This recipe is wonderful! It's the kind that you can make substitutions with, in case you don't have the exact ingredients and it still comes out great. I was able to make 4 balls to give away.

I had this as an appetizer for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit! I used Italian seasoning instead of just parsley. Great recipe Tweek!

I fixed this for a halloween party exactly as written. I did not care for the swiss and cheddar mix, the taste was off. My DH on the otherhand liked it a lot. I had a lot left from the party and received no comments on the cheese ball.

Made this for my son's birthday party. The theme was bubbles and so almost all the food was round. I made this exactly as the recipe is stated but left out the pecans because of my other son's tree nut allergy. It was well received at the party. I made it a couple days earlier and just made one large ball. We had about 50 people and still had a lot left over! When I make it again I will half the recipe. The left overs lasted a few days but we ate them up spread on crackers and a slice of gala apple on top - delicious!
