  1. Beat cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl drain flaked turkey or chicken.
  3. Mix meat and cheese, add red pepper and onion.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place mixture in saran wrap and shape into a ball.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
  7. Serve with crackers.
