Very good. I also used whole wheat flour. It's nice to be able to eat a dessert without feeling guilty. Thanks so much.

SOOOOOO Good! I was out of lemon juice, but it was still great. Next time I will try with wheat flour. This one is a keeper! Thanks DotM.

I needed a good dessert recipe for my diabetic MIL and this was perfect. I didn't get to try it but she said it was very yummy and didn't taste like a "diabetic" recipe. Thank you!!

Rich, satisfying dessert...didn't even miss the sugar!! I used one Granny Smith apple, the rest were Haralson and it was (is) delicious and goes right into my recipe file. Diabetics will be most grateful for this lucious treat.

Very good and easy to make! I substituted whole wheat flour for the flour and it turned out fantastic. The cheese was a great addition.

Yummmy apple crisp with the cheese!! DH loves apple pie with a slice of cheese, so this was a real hit with him. I used the splenda and followed the recipe exactly, no changes needed, thanks for sharing a good one we will be using again!
