Quick and easy; goes nicely with steak but also compliments vegetables.

- Heat milk in a pan.
- Add a little water to the cornflour in a mug; stir until it is a thin paste.
- Add cornflour mixture, while constantly stirring, into the warm milk.
- When the sauce has thickened to your preference add the cheese to the pan, and mix until cheese is melted through.
- Just before serving stir in the mustard.
This is a great cheese sauce! Good texture, not overly cheesy and loved the addition of the spicy brown mustard. Served it as a dipping sauce for your Turkey Kofta Kebabs but I think it would be great on steak and veggies as you suggested, or even over pasta. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
