Cheese and Ham Pockets

"Kids really seem to like this and even the little ones can make it themselves. Adults may find this rather plain and need to spice it up. Serve with hot tomato soup ;)"

  1. This idea would be very nice for camping trips, for young people who might want to try a tin foil reflector oven in front of a fire or maybe even in a dutch oven. For adults... coating the ham in honey/mustard sauce ( 1 tbs mustard, 1 tbs honey and 1/2 teaspoon vinegar )first would add a little punch.

  2. These are delicous! We have them regularly! We use chopped up lunch meat and some seasonings like dill or garlic! Very tasty! Thank you!

  3. These are great for a throw-together quick appetizer. I could see making these for a late night snack, or even breakfast. I used ham and cheese as your recipe stated, my 10 yo dd used pepperoni, cheese and pizza sauce for her own little pizza pockets. I added some parmesan cheese on top before baking too. Thanks for posting.

  5. Yummy, quick, and easy!
