- 473.18 ml colby cheese, cubed
- apple, chunks grapes, dates
- 473.18 ml swiss cheese, cubed
- melon, chunks orange sections
- 236.59 ml Fontina cheese, cubed
- pineapple chunk, strawberries
- 473.18 ml colby cheese, cubed
- pear, chunks
- 473.18 ml monterey jack cheese, cubed
- apricot, chunks kiwi slices
- 236.59 ml gouda cheese, cut in wedges
- grapes, apple chunks
- 236.59 ml picorino cheese, cubed
- red grapes
- wooden skewer
- assorted cut vegetables (optional)
- assorted cracker (optional)
- port wine cold pack cheese (optional)
- smoked almonds (optional)
- dried cranberries (optional)
directions
- Alternate cubes of cheese and pieces of fruit on individual skewers. Arrange skewers on large platter along with an assortment of cut vegetables and crackers.
- A container of Port Wine cold pack cheese goes well with the assortment of vegetables and crackers.
- Small containers of smoked almonds and/or dried cranberries round off an appetizer try nicely.
