Well, it's not the prettiest soup LOL but it certainly hits the spot. You can't beat the convenience factor and paucity of ingredients. It pays to use a strong tasting cheese to give this extra taste - this is not the time to use young or plastic tasting cheese!
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (can use cheddar but increase to 1/4 cup or more shredded)
- 6 cups chicken stock
