these are a quick and yummy healthy snack
- 4 flour tortillas
- sweet corn relish or fruit chutney
- 5 ml dried thyme
- black pepper
- 85 g grated cheese
- mix cheese and thyme and pepper together.
- spread tortillas with chutney or corn relish.
- sprinkle with cheese mixture.
- place under grill til cheese melts.
- cut with a pizza slicer.
