- 1 (8 ounce) baggrated cheddar cheese (may use low fat)
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup parsley

- Mix cheese, parsley and flour in a bowl, add oil and milk and mix well.
- place dough on lightly floured counter and knead for 2 minutes. roll out to approximately 1/4" thick. cut with desired shape of cutters and place on sprayed baking sheet.
- bake at 350* for 25 minute.
