I typically make this in the fall. I think it's a nice change from the usual spreads.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped apple
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine ingredients mixing until well blended.
- Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
This is a good spread. I added extra apples and a little brown sugar. Thanks for posting.
