I served this spread as dessert with mixed cheese crackers and 6 varieties of locally grown grapes. wonderful finish to an already great meal. Thanks Lennie I thought about leaving out the onions as I was serving it as the dessert course but I'm glad I didn't just right the way it is

Directions

  1. For best taste, use real butter instead of margarine.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Spoon into small crock or bowl and refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to blend.
  4. Serve with crackers.
