      Made this for New Kids on the Block Tag game and what an easy recipe to make and to use things up. I followed the instructions only adding a little minced onion and red bell pepper (sauteed) and yummy! I imagine you could even add a little leftover ham or chicken to make more of a complete meal. Definately one to fix again for an easy side dish that uses up leftover rice. Thank you!

      A good easy to make side dish. It was a bit on the dry side. Perhaps adding a bit of milk before cooking or more sour cream would fix this.
