We had a 5-star meal tonight with these as our side dish. The family loved every bite and I loved that it was quick and simple to make. My grandson especially loved poking holes in the potatoes before cooking. Used a sweet vidalia onion and Yukon gold potatoes. Absolutely perfect for our family. Found and made during ZWT8.

I used yellow potatoes and cooked them in my steamer machine. This is very simple and easy to do. And it was great with the cheese :) Thanks Lazyme. Made for Zaar Star Game

What a great combination of different ingredients in this one! My DH gets sick of tatoes the same old way all the time, so this was a nice surprise with him and I really loved them too! This is now in our favorites to have again soon!
