I got this from Campbell's and have been making it for a long time. My family enjoys this.
- 3 cups mashed potatoes (I use instant)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 1 dash pepper
- Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, and pepper.
- Put in 1 1/2-qt. baking dish.
- BAKE at 350°F for 30 minute or until hot.
Simple to make & OH SO TASTY! We really enjoyed this combo of potato & cheese, & as much as I was tempted to add more cheese, I didn't & was completely satisfied with the recipe as written! Many thanks for posting it! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]
Yummm, I made this for Thanksgiving and gilded the lily by topping it with more cheese and putting it in the oven to get nicely melted and gooey. Super simple and really tasty. I used 3 *huge* Russets and maybe should have added 2 cans of the soup but we all enjoyed the flavor's as they were.
Very good and simple. We really enjoyed this. I used instant potatoes buds, just to try it and it worked out well. I will have to try this again when I have some leftover mashed potatoes.
