  1. Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, and pepper.
  2. Put in 1 1/2-qt. baking dish.
  3. BAKE at 350°F for 30 minute or until hot.

Yummm, I made this for Thanksgiving and gilded the lily by topping it with more cheese and putting it in the oven to get nicely melted and gooey. Super simple and really tasty. I used 3 *huge* Russets and maybe should have added 2 cans of the soup but we all enjoyed the flavor's as they were.

Very good and simple. We really enjoyed this. I used instant potatoes buds, just to try it and it worked out well. I will have to try this again when I have some leftover mashed potatoes.
