Simple to make & OH SO TASTY! We really enjoyed this combo of potato & cheese, & as much as I was tempted to add more cheese, I didn't & was completely satisfied with the recipe as written! Many thanks for posting it! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]

Yummm, I made this for Thanksgiving and gilded the lily by topping it with more cheese and putting it in the oven to get nicely melted and gooey. Super simple and really tasty. I used 3 *huge* Russets and maybe should have added 2 cans of the soup but we all enjoyed the flavor's as they were.

Very good and simple. We really enjoyed this. I used instant potatoes buds, just to try it and it worked out well. I will have to try this again when I have some leftover mashed potatoes. I think using soft boiled potatoes would work well too. Made and Reviewed for Please Review My Recipe Tag - Thanks! :)
