  1. This did not turn out so well for me. It was very dry, had very little taste, and I had to throw the whole thing out.

  2. It was really good, but I changed a lot of things. Instead of potato flakes I used 2 containers of Country Crock garlic mashed potatoes. I used 2 cups of cheese, fresh onions, added Worcestershire sauce, omitted the sour cream. I put the meat and veggies on the bottom, the cheese on that, and then the potatoes on that, which I sprinkled with paprika and pepper to be more like a shepards pie. The original recipe was a good place to start, though. I guess it ended up more like a shepard's pie in the end.

  3. This is great! All I was looking for was something quick and simple to use up ground beef and I found this recipe. I knew it would be good, but it turned out to be way better than I anticipated.....the whole family agreed. I liked the tomatoey flavor. I increased the recipe to 8 servings. I used fresh chopped onion instead of dried and added a little garlic and worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture. I'm going to use this recipe often....especially when I have leftover mashed potatoes. Thanx for sharing!
